Our On-line StoreThe International Education Center of Excellence supports Fair Trade efforts. We have collected a variety of arts and crafts from local artists of the areas in which we have our educational projects. Most items have cultural significance from the location of origin. It is important that you understand that all animal products used in these crafts come from animals found deceased (caiman teeth and scales), or killed for consumption (fish scales, leather from cattle, goats, sheep). Bird feathers have been gathered from the ground by locals. If you see something you like, but are interested in a different color, size, large quantities, or other aspect, let us know. With lead time, we can probably obtain what you want. For special orders, please be patient. We work directly with the artists in very rural areas and it takes a bit of time to contact individuals to place the order, and then often several weeks to receive the items.
